Airmont runs along the Route 59 corridor south of Monsey with a substantial Orthodox population and a mix of single-family homes, apartments, and a modest commercial spine. Our shop is on Old Nyack Turnpike in Spring Valley, about 10-to-15 minutes by car. The work here mirrors what we do in Monsey: Simplex installs, apartment rekeys, emergency lockouts, lost car keys — a dense residential call pattern.

Call (845) 490-8899Airmont sits in the southern part of the greater Monsey Orthodox footprint, and the work reflects that community's patterns. Kaba Simplex and Lockey USA installs are a regular share of Airmont volume — the mechanical keyless locks that let families use their front doors on Shabbos without carrying keys. We stock these in the van and install them the same day for most configurations. Apartment rekeys at tenant turnover are another steady line because Airmont has meaningful multi-unit housing along 59 and the residential side streets.
Beyond the specialty work, the common calls are what you'd expect in any dense residential community: emergency lockouts (including after-hours when families get home late), broken keys in well-used cylinders, lost car keys in driveways, and the occasional upgrade to high-security cylinders when a family decides their old hardware has reached end-of-life. The drive from our shop is short — 10 to 15 minutes on a normal day — because Airmont's directly down the 59 corridor from us.
Route 59 through the commercial corridor, Cherry Lane, the apartment-complex access roads, the residential side streets off 59, the connections to Monsey and toward Chestnut Ridge.
Simplex install on a front or back entry, apartment rekey at turnover, emergency lockout on Shabbos night (Motzei), broken key in a hard-worked deadbolt, lost car key in a driveway.
The most common front-door job we do in Airmont Orthodox homes. We carry the 7100 in stock at our shop, install the true all-black finish (buttons and thumbturn both black — not the factory silver-button version), and handle code changes free when you buy through us.

Our shop is on Old Nyack Turnpike in Spring Valley. To Airmont we head west on Route 59 into the village — 10 to 15 minutes on a normal day depending on exactly where in Airmont. Erev Shabbos and rush hour slow the Route 59 corridor noticeably; in those windows we sometimes take the residential side streets where possible.
We don't work during Shabbos or Yom Tov. If you're locked out during that time, the halachic default is to wait — but if there's any safety concern (a child locked inside, an elderly parent not answering, a medical situation), that's pikuach nefesh and you call 911. Fire department entry is free and takes 10–15 minutes.
For non-emergencies — a stuck lock, a lost key — call us as soon as Shabbos or Yom Tov ends. Motzei Shabbos through Sunday we usually run extended hours. Before Shabbos — if you call Friday by 1pm we can almost always make it, even in winter.
Pesach, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkos first days, Shemini Atzeres, Pesach last days, Shavuos: we're off. Chol HaMoed: we work. Most of our Orthodox community customers know this; if you're unsure, just call and ask.
The ones that come up most often. Real answers, not marketing ones.
