New Square is close to our shop — 5-to-10 minutes by car — and the work here is almost entirely community-facing: Kaba Simplex installs, apartment rekeys, emergency lockouts, and the mechanical keyless hardware that lets families use their doors on Shabbos. Our shop is on Old Nyack Turnpike in Spring Valley and we serve New Square regularly, often with standing arrangements for landlords and families who call us back year after year.

Call (845) 490-8899New Square is small, dense, and extremely close to our shop — we can be at a New Square address in under ten minutes most of the time. The work is community-focused and the customer base is largely repeat. Mechanical keyless locks — Kaba Simplex and Lockey USA — are the dominant install here, because every Shabbos-observant household needs a way to use the front door without carrying a key. We stock these in depth and install them same-day in most cases.
Apartment rekeys at tenant turnover run steady because New Square has significant multi-unit housing and the community turnover has its own rhythm. Emergency lockouts cluster on Motzei Shabbos when families return from a simcha or are getting the house back in order after the holiday — we dispatch with no time surcharge. For genuine emergencies involving anyone trapped inside call 911 first; fire entry is halachically permitted in pikuach nefesh situations.
The village streets of New Square, the access roads connecting to Spring Valley and Monsey, the residential blocks where most of the work originates.
Simplex install on a front or back entry, apartment rekey at turnover, emergency lockout on Motzei Shabbos, broken key in a hard-worked deadbolt, high-security cylinder upgrade on an aging door.
The most common front-door job we do in New Square Orthodox homes. We carry the 7100 in stock at our shop, install the true all-black finish (buttons and thumbturn both black — not the factory silver-button version), and handle code changes free when you buy through us.

Our shop is on Old Nyack Turnpike in Spring Valley. To New Square we head directly north through Spring Valley into the village — 5 to 10 minutes on a normal day. This is one of our shortest drives in the entire service area. Erev Shabbos Friday is the main traffic variable; in that window we factor in 10-15 extra minutes and tell you honestly when you call.
We don't work during Shabbos or Yom Tov. If you're locked out during that time, the halachic default is to wait — but if there's any safety concern (a child locked inside, an elderly parent not answering, a medical situation), that's pikuach nefesh and you call 911. Fire department entry is free and takes 10–15 minutes.
For non-emergencies — a stuck lock, a lost key — call us as soon as Shabbos or Yom Tov ends. Motzei Shabbos through Sunday we usually run extended hours. Before Shabbos — if you call Friday by 1pm we can almost always make it, even in winter.
Pesach, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkos first days, Shemini Atzeres, Pesach last days, Shavuos: we're off. Chol HaMoed: we work. Most of our Orthodox community customers know this; if you're unsure, just call and ask.
